Dougie Graham joins Baker Tilly as Associate Director
Baker Tilly has boosted its Consulting team in Edinburgh, Scotland, with the appointment of Dougie Graham as Associate Director. In his new role, Dougie will help clients achieve operational excellence.
Dougie Graham joins Baker Tilly from utilities company Aggreko, where he acted as Programme Manager and Business Process Improvement/ Change Black Belt since 2010. In this capacity he was responsible for oversight and implementation of the global Operational Excellence (OE) and IT delivery projects for the company. While working for Aggreko, Graham also acted as Director for his own company, Graymack, which he founded in 2008. This role saw him oversee up to 40 staff in the Extreme Sports and Stunt businesses. Prior to this, he worked in the consulting industry, acting as for Manager for Deloitte between 2005 and 2007, and as Consultant for EY between 2002 and 2006.
Graham holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, as well as a certificate in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence from the Ohio State University. He is currently working toward an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
As Associate Director, Graham will work in a wide range of areas within Baker Tilly’s consulting business and leverage his more than 10 years’ experience in consulting and operational excellence.
