KPMG Enterprise launches consulting team in the North
Last October KPMG launched its Enterprise offering, which supports mid-sized companies with a wide range of consultancy advice, in among other places, the North. Following the success of the programme, KPMG has decided to create a dedicated consulting team to its Enterprise offering in the North. The team will be headed up by David Costley-Wood and will draw on experience from the firm’s restructuring, transaction services and management consulting practices.

KPMG Enterprise is the firm’s private business arm that caters to entrepreneurs, family businesses and emerging fast growing companies. The service provides SMEs across the country with integrated advisory and accounting services and offers an advisor as single point of contact to private ventures. The advisor brings their knowledge of the various life-stages of businesses to help navigate challenges faced by the venture, helping them to improve their performance and drive growth.
Following the success of the Enterprise programme, KPMG decided to launch a dedicated consulting team that will provide strategic management consultancy advice to privately-owned mid-tier businesses across the North. The new team will be led by partner David Costley-Wood and its other members will be drawn from across the firm’s Northern based restructuring, transaction services and management consulting practices. The consultants will be providing their experience in cash and working capital management, cost optimisation, supply chain management and IT strategy to private Enterprise clients.
