Mercer adds Catrina Holme to UK Board of Directors
The UK organisation of Mercer has appointed Catrina Holme as non-executive director of its Board.
Initially a private equity lawyer, Holme has been involved in the venture capital industry since 1992. She has served in Executive, Non-Executive and Investment roles in the sector, including as a Partner at DFJ Esprit, a Venture Partner at Fidelity Growth Partners Europe and as member of the British Venture Capital Association's Legal and Regulatory Committee. Holme currently holds Non-Executive Director roles with Land Registry and First Mile.
At Mercer Holme will serve as non-executive director, bringing to the table her experience in the venture capital industry, and a strong understanding of both the professional services industry and the regulatory environment. “We are delighted to welcome Catrina on to Mercer’s UK Board. With the addition of Holme, Mercer’s UK Board consists of seven members: Jane Barker (Chairman), Fiona Dunsire (UK CEO), Martine Ferland (Leader of the Retirement Business in EuroPac), Siobhan Martin (UK HR Director), Andrew Kirton (Leader of the Investment Business for EuroPac) and Nic Williams (UK Finance Director).
