Protiviti is taking over SharePoint specialist SusQtech

International consulting firm Protiviti has bought SusQtech, an American ICT advisory firm that specializes in Microsoft SharePoint. With the acquisition of SusQtech, Protiviti expands its ability to deliver Microsoft technology-based consulting services. Approximately 60 consultants of SusQtech are transferring to the IT advisory practice of Protiviti.

SusQtech was founded in 2005 and has establishments in Washington D.C. and Chicago. Three employees of SusQtech - Mike Steadman (CEO), Rob Hustick (President) and Jim LaRocca (EVP) – are announced Managing Director at the financial advisory firm.

"By combining SusQtech and Protiviti's IT consulting services, we will be able to assist even more companies in gaining the most out of their Microsoft technology" says Joseph Tarantino, CEO at Protiviti. "The addition of SusQtech's deep technical talent and strategic relationships will further drive the growth of our global IT Consulting practice". In addition to advisory services, SusQtech also supports clients with SharePoint training and customer support services.
