PwC adds 3 experts to Debt & Capital Advisory team
PwC has added three professionals to its Debt & Capital Advisory business: Barry Greyling, Louise O’Sullivan and Ben Johnson. All three new recruits transfer from the financial services industry.
Barry Greyling joins from Investec Debt Capital Markets, where he served as an expert in debt advisory. Prior to that, Greyling worked for among others Evolution Securities, Genesis Housing Group, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Lucro Consulting. Louise O’Sullivan and Ben Johnson join from BNP Acquisition Finance and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) respectively. O’Sullivan joined BNP in 2006 in London, starting initially as a trainee, subsequently worked as a Credit Analyst in Corporate Banking, and most recently served as Associate in the Corporate Acquisition Finance team. She left the bank in June 2013, spending the past 1,5 years as a Social Bonds Manager for Investing for Good, a social finance intermediary. Johnson previously worked three years for RBS, starting in September 2012 after graduating from Cardiff University.
Greyling and O’Sullivan join as Assistant Directors, with Johnson taking up the role of Manager. “PwC Debt & Capital Advisory is looking to build on a very successful 2014, when we advised on a large number of recapitalisation staple and cross-border capital markets transactions. The additions to the team will help us address the opportunities which are now flowing through on the back of the expected growth in the UK economy”, comments John Williams, Head of PwC Debt & Capital Advisory.
With the additions, accounting and consulting PwC says it has “one of the largest debt advisory teams in the market focusing on UK and EMEA mandates”.
