KPMG & S&W support IFB National Conference 2015
Consulting firms KPMG and Smith & Williamson are sponsoring the 14th edition of the IFB National Conference, taking place on 4-5 June 2015 in Birmingham. This event focuses entirely on family businesses and provides family business owners and management the possibility to learn from and share best practices with family businesses. In addition to sponsoring, KPMG will contribute to the event by providing its UK Head of Family Business, Gary Deans, as speaker.
IFB National Conference
Every year, the Institute for Family Business (IFB) organises its IFB National Conference focuses entirely on family businesses. The event brings together family business owners (of both senior and next generation), managers, directors and senior management to learn from each other by sharing experiences and best practices. The event is made up of a combination of plenary speeches, case studies and workshops, as well as networking time.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The 14th IFB National Conference will focus on issues and opportunities surrounding innovation and entrepreneurship in family businesses. During the two-day event, attendees will study pioneering examples and explore different routes to success, while learning not only from experts from the academic and advisory field but also from other family businesses.
