Head of KPMG Tax Valuations Services joins BDO

BDO has a boosted its London-based Valuations team with the appointment of the former Head of KPMG’s Tax Valuations group: Anne Daly. According to BDO’s Head of the department, Daly’s addition will boost the firm's client offering.

Anne Daly joins BDO from Big Four KPMG where she worked for 14 years in its Tax Valuations group, most recently as Head, a role she fulfilled for six years. Before joining KPMG, Daly worked for HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), a non-ministerial department. As part of HMRC’s shares and assets valuation group, Daly dealt with the largest and most complex valuation cases within the department.

At BDO, Daly takes on the role of Director in BDO’s Valuations team for which she will be based in London. Commenting on the appointment, David Mitchell, BDO’s Head of Valuations, says: “Anne brings with her considerable experience of working both in the private and public sectors. With an ability to ‘think outside the box’ and deliver pragmatic solutions, Anne’s addition to the already well-established BDO team in London will greatly enhance our client offering.”
