BearingPoint opens consultancy office in Ukraine
BearingPoint has opened a new office in Ukraine. Andrei Kriukov, partner at the advisory firm, has been appointed as head of the Ukrainian office. He will report directly to Natalia Krasnoperova, General Director of the Moscow office and responsible for Russia and the CIS Region.
The Ukrainian market is by no means unfamiliar to BearingPoint. It currently is supporting Metinvest, the country's largest metals and mining firma, with a major business processes transformation.
With the new Ukranian office BearingPoint currently has offices in 16 countries. In addition, through its partnerships with West Monroe Partners and ABeam Consulting the advisory firm is capable of delivering services in North-American and Asian markets.
According to Peter Mockler, Managing Partner van BearingPoint, the opening of the office in one of the fastest growing markets in Eastern Europe is of great strategic importance. "Entry to Ukraine is a major milestone for BearingPoint. The new office reflects our commitment to the Ukrainian market, to Russia and the CIS region in general".
"The decision to expand BearingPoint operations in Ukraine is mainly related to the potential we see in the Ukrainian market in relation to the increasing number of projects our consultants are delivering in that region. Our presence in Ukraine will further facilitate prompt responses to our client's needs" Russin Natalia Krasnoperova adds.
