Jacek Czerwonka new head of Ramboll operations in Poland

Ramboll Poland has appointed Jacek Czerwonka, formerly the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Polish construction firm GK Polimex-Mostostal, as Managing Partner. The position sees Czerwonka take the lead for the firm's presence in the country.

Prior to joining Ramboll, Jacek Czerwonka worked at GK Polimex-Mostostal, a Polish construction business, most recently he was the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at the firm for two years, and previously as Director of Polimex’s 1000 man strong Power Engineering Division. Earlier in his career he spent almost 20 years at Alstom Power, most recently, from 2011 until 2013, as Managing Director of Alstom’s Environmental Control Systems.

Czerwonka holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Gdansk and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Czerwonka brings almost 25 years of energy industry experience to his new role as Managing Director of Ramboll Poland. The position sees him take responsibility for the firm’s 35 staff in Warsaw, as well as providing consultancy expertise to a range of regional and global thermal power projects.
