Morgan Stanley executive Karen Jamesley joins Korn Ferry Hay Group

Korn Ferry Hay Group has appointed Karen Jamesley, formerly an executive at investment bank Morgan Stanley, as a Senior Client Partner in the firm’s Executive Pay & Governance practice.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry Hay Group, Karen Jamesley worked at Morgan Stanley, most recently as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Institutional Securities, a position she held for just over five years. She previously worked, from 2003 until 2010, as the Global Head of Human Resources at the financial services giant. Earlier in her career she was Morgan Stanley’s Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS for seven years, and held various Human Resources Generalist positions since starting out at the bank in 1989.

Jamesley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.

Jamesley joins Korn Ferry Hay Group – formed in 2015 through the acquisition of HR consultancy Hay Group by Korn Ferry – as a Senior Client Partner in the firm’s Executive Pay & Governance practice. The role will leverage her more than 30 years of experience, much of it at the very top of the HR and financial services world, to serve the firm’s Financial Services sector clients. She will work out of the firm’s New York office.
