Ethan Bach to lead National Consulting unit of Baker Tilly in US
Baker Tilly Virchow Krause has made a high level appointment: Ethan Bach will become Managing Partner of the firm's National Consulting practice starting 1 June 2017. Bach brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, and is tasked with furthering the practices’ visibility across the US.
Ethan Bach joined began his career at PwC in 1995, joining the firm as a Consultant. A year later he moved to Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where, over a period of seven years he held roles of increasing seniority, including CFO Advisory, Advanced Cost Management and CIO Services. In 2002, following the demise of Arthur Anderson, he moved to Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he has been working for the past 14 years. Bach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, International Business, Japanese from the University of Wisconsin-Madison - School of Business.
During his tenure at Baker Tilly, Bach has held a number of senior positions, most recently as Principal and leader of the firm’s Management and Business Technology consulting team. The appointment sees Bach become a Managing Partner at the firm, and leader of the firm’s National Consulting practice. In the role, which is based out of the firm’s Chicago office, he takes responsibility for helping the practice reach ‘new heights of visibility, growth and success’.
