4 new partners for Simon Kucher in North America

Global consulting firm Simon-Kucher & Partners has recently expanded its North American partner team with four new partners: Allison Dupuy, Wei Ke, Ricardo Rubi and Brad Soper.

Simon-Kucher & Partners was founded in 1985 and has grown to a team of 720 professionals in 28 offices worldwide. In the past decade, the firm has grown its footprint in North America, the world’s largest consulting market. To continue its growth momentum in the region, the German-origin consultancy had added four new consultants to its partner team.

Allison Dupuy (34) is based in San Francisco and leads the company’s life sciences practice on the west coast of the US. She specialises in strategic pharmaceutical marketing, pricing and market access strategies, and value communication. Dupuy has been with Simon-Kucher & Partners since 2007.

Wei Ke (34) is based in New York and Toronto and leads the company’s financial services practice in the US and Canada. He specialises in price optimisation, customer pricing psychology, quantitative marketing models, and risk management for both sides of the bank balance sheet. Prior to joining Simon-Kucher in 2011, he among others worked as a pricing expert for Novantas and The Walt Disney Company.

Ricardo Rubi (32) serves consumer and retail companies from the firm’s New York office. He utilises cross-industry benchmarks to design creative solutions to non-conventional challenges. Rubi specialises in devising pricing and promotion strategies that are aligned to corporate goals and take advantage of consumer psychology. He has been with Simon-Kucher since 2003.

Brad Soper (41) is located in Boston and has over nine years of global experience in B2B pricing excellence and sales force transformations. He specialises in the chemicals, building materials, industrial/capital goods and B2B service industries. His areas of expertise include customer segmentation, pricing strategies and value-based discounting. Soper joined Simon-Kucher in June 2013, following a spell of four years as a Turnaround Consultant for RS Consulting Partners and three years at The Boston Consulting Group. He started his career in the US Navy.

Recently, Simon-Kucher & Partners also added four new partners in home base Europe.
