Donna Bonfield and Jessica Bellingham join Reality HR

Reality HR, a Basingstoke-based HR consultancy, has added two new professionals to its team: Donna Bonfield and Jessica Bellingham. The new appointments bring the total number of employees at Reality HR to 17.

Donna Bonfield brings more than 20 years’ experience to Reality HR gained primarily within the HR function of large corporates in the financial services sector. She worked the past ten months as Interim HR Manager at Shoosmiths, and previously served AXA Wealth for over ten years, latterly in the role of HR Business Partner and a senior management team member. Bonfield started her career with Barclays – she spent twelve years with the bank, holding a range of HR positions.

In her new role as HR Consultant, Bonfield will act as HR manager for a number of clients, working with them to understand their business plans and helping them build the strategic people plans to support it. All aspects of HR, from training and recruitment to performance management and disciplinary procedures, are covered by the role.

Jessica Bellingham joins Reality HR in a move to boost the marketing capability of the consulting firm. Her role incorporates all aspects of social media, advertising, e-shots and promotional literature, as well as providing support to the HR Consultants where required. She previously held marketing role at, among others, ACSF, PAR contracts, Comms4 and Silicon Alley.

Last year Reality HR bolstered its team with Nina Loveland, Nicola Gater (both HR Advisers) and Sarah Graham (HR Administration Assistant).
