At A.T. Kearney, Marcu focuses mainly on projects in the Financial Market and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Marcu holds a Master degree in Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
At A.T. Kearney Romania, Marcu succeeds Michael Weiss as Lead Partner, who joined the firm in 1998, became the Lead Partner in 2007, and will move on to serve as Managing Partner of A.T. Kearney Turkey, based in Istanbul.
