Capco wins Best Graduate Recruitment Strategy Award

Consulting firm Capco has won the 'Best Graduate Recruitment Strategy Award', in testimony of its Graduate Recruitment Strategy, which according to the jury of the In-House Recruitment Awards stands out for its innovation excellence and effectiveness.

The In-House Recruitment Awards were established in 2012 to celebrate the achievements of in-house recruitment teams and individuals in the UK coming from all company sizes and across all industry sectors. On November 20, 2014, the third edition of the Awards was hosted at the Park Plaza Riverbank hotel in London.

For this year’s Awards more than 60 companies were nominated and winners were selected across 20 categories, including Recruitment Innovation, Best Newcomer, Best Social Media Strategy, Best Recruitment Advertising Campaign, Most Effective Employer Brand Development, Best In-house Recruiter and Best In-house Recruitment Manager, and Best Recruitment Team.

Among the 60+ finalist, four consulting firms were found, of which one managed to secure an Award: financial services specialist Capco won the ‘Best Graduate Recruitment Strategy’ Award. According to the jury, Capco won because of its innovative approach to graduate recruitment through video interviewing at assessment stage, enabling the firm to gain highly positive feedback from the business.
