Purpose of Role:
Our business is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re seeking an exceptional Client Partner to expand our client relationships and contribute to our strategic vision. This role offers the opportunity to attain Board-level status and potential equity ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with leadership, marketing, and sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Utilise a consultative approach to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively participate in company strategy and planning activities, developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities and service expansion areas.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in analysing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and presenting them through clear visualisations, using tools and software to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to align Data projects with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Ability to provide Data SME advice to project plans, setting realistic timelines
- Strong organisational skills are essential to balance multiple assignments and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and articulate project objectives clearly. Building strong relationships
- Effective leadership to guide cross-functional teams, motivate members, and promote a collaborative environment. This includes delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring team alignment with assignment goals.
- Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks, data governance, data protection and relevant laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to data challenges.
Qualifications:
- A proven and recognised leader with a strong understanding of Technology Consulting and market dynamics.
- Ambitious, commercially astute, and a value creator with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a great network of C-suite and below contacts.
- Established in your career within a technology consulting firm, with the desire to contribute to business growth.
