YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant in the business you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Our Managers in Life Sciences have a real focus on coaching; whether that be our own team or clients, it is really important that we bring expertise with a “human-feel” at every occasion.

 

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: 

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution and client hosting at events. 
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities) and offering development. 
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. 

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

A strong leader with understanding of the MedTech sector, the UK landscape and demonstratable experience working on Digital transformations across the value chain.  This exciting role requires a leader who has the adaptability to support projects across the value chain, with credibility in specific areas, and an appreciation of the wider ecosystem that impacts Medical Technology i.e. NHS, technology partners, regulation and alliances.

 

Specific experience and knowledge in a selection of the following areas is highly desirable:

•    Expertise in medical devices with a strong understanding of AI, data-driven and Healthcare integration 
•    Operations and clinical trials for medical devices inc. process improvement, cross-functional operating models 
•    Strong understanding and experience in medical device product launch, new business models and driving patient-centricity.

•  MedTech manufacturing & supply chain management and process improvement; connecting to complimentary business functions.

 

 

With breadth of competencies and behaviours:

•    Leading a workstream and teams within projects and large programmes, and manage risk.

•    Business development activities with the ability to story-tell & lead winning proposals.
•    MedTech Industry and/or Consulting environment (ideally a demonstratable balance of both)
•    Senior client stakeholder management experience, working directly with leaders
•    Project management, team leadership and coaching. 

•     Ability to positively influence others and build cohesive teams towards a strategic goal
