As Marketing Executive, you will support the Communications Manager in building the CF brand, bringing fresh ideas, delivering content to key audiences and assisting with all aspects of marketing and communications including content, social media, awards and events. You will have the opportunity to make an impact in developing and implementing CF’s internal and external marketing strategy as well as supporting the leadership team and colleagues to build their individual brands.
Responsibilities
- Support on all aspects of content creation and delivery across CF’s key service lines
- Be a brand ambassador for CF’s brand identity and tone of voice, working with the Communications Manager ensuring alignment between internal and external communications
- Support on the implementation of CF’s social media strategy
- Support the Communications Manager in collating weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPI’s
- Work with external resource on relevant campaigns, website management, PR and other marketing activity
- Support on the application and promotion of awards
- Support leadership and the HR and recruitment departments on the delivery of consistent internal communication
Flexible Working
We have a hybrid-working policy. This will see our employees collaborate face to face, irrespective of location for at least 60% of their allocated time on a project, remainder of the week can be spent working remotely.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong communication skills, especially written English, with the ability to simplify information in a way that works in marketing material
- Broad proven experience across digital marketing including using social media platforms, website management, Google Analytics and email marketing
- Experience in supporting communications for events
- A base-level understanding of SEO and how to implement it
- An understanding of or interest in the health and care, life sciences and health technology industry
Desired
- Experience working in the healthcare sector
- Photo and video editing skills using the adobe creative suite
- Experience using Google Ads platform
- CRM platform experience
