The role
As a Management Information Coordinator, you will be a key part of our commercial team, responsible for maintaining and optimising our information management processes. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our CRM system, manage financial data, and support the coordination of business development activities. Your role will involve generating detailed reports, tracking pipeline progress, and facilitating effective communication between teams. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
CRM and Opportunity Tracking:
- Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information on pipeline opportunities and ongoing projects.
- Track business development opportunities from identification through to closure, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects the sales pipeline.
- Input data from costing tables, into our PSA system (CMap)
Financial Data Management:
- Support drafting of contracts for upcoming projects
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring all expenditure is authorised and recorded accurately.
- Support invoice production, follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed reports on expense tracking, invoicing status, and business development opportunities.
- Support analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic planning.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with both the Business Development and Finance teams to ensure alignment and facilitate effective information sharing.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting communication with client procurement teams, including submitting clarification questions
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting and CRM processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in financial management and CRM technologies to recommend upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements
Mandatory
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and financial data management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferable
· Familiarity with PSA systems, specifically CMap, is highly desirable.
Flexible working
We have a hybrid-working policy. This will see our employees collaborate face to face, irrespective of location for at least 40% of their allocated time, remainder of the week can be spent working remotely.
