A&M has an integrated view to data and workflows. Our Business Intelligence Unit (“BIU”) consolidates data from core systems, reduces manual work processes and uses workflow solutions to reduce work steps across our business. This team has been phenomenally successful and demand for their services is growing exponentially. The team’s delivery landscape has now grown from initially EMEA focused to delivering solutions the multiple business units across A&M thus presenting a growing and increasingly complex stakeholder and customer landscape.
Reporting to the EMEA COO, we are looking for a Change & Transformation Programme Management to join our team. Crucially, you will manage change effectively, ensure smooth transitions and minimise resistance. Working alongside the BIU leaders, you will consolidate messages and requests coming into the team, ensure messages going out are clear and consistent, tailored to the various audiences and, delivered in a way that drives change, retirement of old working practices and sustainable adoption.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Act as the coordinator and facilitator of the BIU steering committee, ensuring requests are coordinated, priorities are agreed, and progress is tracked.
· Work on a variety of projects centered around the implementation and integration of new reporting tools and management information reporting systems.
· Develop and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency and work closely with multiple stakeholders who all have overlapping priorities (Regional Operations, Managing Directors, and Corporate functions such as Resourcing, Finance, and HR).
Requirements:
· Experience in helping businesses adopt new technologies, change working practices and delivering training and messages.
· Team player, a detailed oriented person and somebody who has a passion for making sure everybody is in the know and knows what is expected of.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Change Management would be a plus.
· Experience in change management and program management.
· Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly establish, strong relationships with individuals and groups at all levels across the firm.
· An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically.
· Proven ability to adapt, learn quickly, and be resourceful.
· Excellent communication skills and able to draft concise and targeted messages addressed to a variety of audiences (in particular, to non-technical stakeholders).
· Able to deal with multiple parallel priorities and stakeholder demands; flexible and willing to pivot to keep pace with evolving needs.
