We are seeking an AWS Analytics and Machine Learning Engineer with strong fundamentals in data science, machine learning, and AWS technologies. You will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning solutions on the AWS platform, leveraging services like SageMaker, and integrating with other AWS services and open-source tools to create innovative and efficient data-driven solutions.


Qualifications

As an AWS Analytics and Machine Learning Engineer, you will have:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in AWS technologies, particularly in the analytics and machine learning domains such as SageMaker, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Implementing and deploying machine learning models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and similar.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom solutions built using libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes, leveraging AWS services or open-source equivalents.
  • Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or AWS ECS.
  • Experience in implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions, e.g., CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles, and experience working with tools like Jenkins, Git, and Terraform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies.

As an AWS Analytics and Machine Learning Engineer, you will have:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end analytics and machine learning solutions on AWS, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate machine learning components into production systems.
  • Performing data exploration, cleaning, and pre-processing, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Developing and optimizing machine learning models to address complex business challenges, iterating, and refining as needed.
  • Communicating insights and results to stakeholders through visualizations and reports, helping to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensuring the proper application of security and compliance requirements within the solutions you develop.
