Job description

We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking website content manager to join our high performing global digital marketing team as we continue to evolve our corporate website following a recent transformation project. If you are looking to work with a purpose-driven company and have proven experience supporting editorial, operational, and technical aspects of large websites, this role is for you.

Part of a wider investment in our digital marketing capabilities and infrastructure, our refreshed corporate website showcases the very best of PA – it presents existing and prospective clients with our market-leading insights and solutions that focus on their most pressing needs and demonstrates our unique position in the marketplace as the firm that is bringing ingenuity to life.

Through close collaboration with marketing and business stakeholders, the wider digital marketing team, and external agencies, the website content manager will craft impactful experiences and ensure quality and consistency is upheld. We are looking for someone who understands the many technical and operational challenges of running large websites – someone who can multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with our marketers, and Content and Design Studio teams to advise on the production of engaging digital content – ensuring outputs have clear and focused objectives and promotes coherent structure and messaging
  • Work alongside our Digital Experience Lead and external design agencies to mature our new website design and module system, and to implement minor enhancements and bug fixes
  • Work closely with our Digital Experience Lead, and our Content and Brand teams to establish and enforce editorial standards and the firm’s tone of voice across the website
  • Support a wide range of activities relating to PA’s corporate website, ensuring adherence to governance, digital best practice, and quality standards – and act as a digital brand guardian
  • Collaborate with the broader Digital Marketing team to ensure content efforts are joined up and appropriately tracked for performance
  • When required, deputise for the Website Operations Manager to liaise with third-party vendors e.g., CMS or hosting agency, to raise support tickets and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience working in a website content management role
  • Hands-on experience using content management systems
  • Strong written skills, with a solid understanding of digital content structures and principles
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail, particularly when crafting and reviewing content
  • Clear communication skills and experience collaborating across disciplines
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Good experience with design tools such as Figma, and image editing software such as Photoshop
  • Good understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and accessibility best practice
  • An appreciation of digital design and UX/UI principles
