What you’ll do in the role
- Work closely with Capgemini Invent business leaders to create a marketing plan that focuses on specific industries, capabilities and goals, aligning with the company's priorities and defining propositions with stakeholders annually.
- Co-construct a detailed digital marketing plan with the Invent Global M&C Digital Team for all content and events, making sure it aligns with key dates in the marketing calendar.
- Produce an internal comms plan for content alongside the Invent Global M&C Internal Comms team, including Happy Friday and community mailers.
- Prepare the budget, define objectives, execute against the plan, and measure results, collaborating with other teams to create a global marketing narrative aligned with key brand moments.
- Oversee the development and launch of key content and campaigns, managing a network of internal and external suppliers.
- Measure campaign performance, benchmark accordingly, and report on results, adapting programs as needed.
- Inform regional M&C Leads of upcoming campaigns and collaborate with them when necessary.
- Stay informed of market developments and suggest revisions to the marketing plan accordingly.
- Provide quarterly analysis of marketing campaigns to the Invent Global Leadership Team and Business Stakeholders and adjust the marketing plan accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong sales-team partnerships with global business leaders.
Directly manage our marketing operations, forecasting, measurement, and optimization
- Actively contribute to the coherence of the Invent Global Marketing Calendar and ensure accurate forecasting and representation, giving all contributors and stakeholders visibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Invent Global Marketing Team and wider community to strengthen and industrialize marketing processes and improve the timeliness and reliability of outputs.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are created and tagged, benchmark ed and reported on
- Work with the extended marketing and digital teams to adapt programs as needed with a focus on target outcomes.
- Provide a quarterly overview and analysis of marketing campaigns to the Invent Global Leadership Team and business stakeholders and adjust the future accordingly.
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, analytical)
- Facilities to collaborate, to be proactive, and innovative in the way of working.
- Mid-level marketing experience including campaign and budget management; B2B IT/Consulting or Services marketing.
- Good understanding and experience of Capgemini Group’s organization and portfolio priorities preferred.
- BA/BS degree; Masters / MBA is a plus.
- Availability to travel occasionally, particularly to Paris or Munich .
- Interest in working with stakeholders across the globe, operating in different time zones.
