
Head of Marketing Content Creation

What we want from you
You’ll be Head of Content Marketing for Capgemini Invent, responsible for the development, positioning, and visibility of the company and our sub-brands on a global scale. Innovative and effective marketing strategies will be the name of the game, and you’ll be responsible for developing and executing them to keep us at the forefront of our industry.
You'll also be a key player in driving the internal marketing strategy, working closely with marketing and communication teams to strengthen our positioning both internally and externally. You'll create new propositions, orchestrate captivating thought leadership programs, and coordinate and populate an ever-growing and exciting pipeline.
As a leader in the business, you'll help set our direction, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
What you’ll do in the role
- Work closely with the Global Portfolio team to establish go-to-market priorities and propositions as part of an annual planning cycle.
- Develop a global marketing strategy and approach, focusing our strength on creating maximum impact on the most strategic topics and growth areas across the whole the portfolio.
- Collaborate with business leaders, PR, AR, digital specialists, and local marketing teams to boost brand visibility, media coverage, share of voice, enhanced analyst perceptions, and measurable pipeline impact.
- Oversee the creation of key content pieces and campaigns.
- Manage an internal and external supplier network.
- Install a culture of customer-centric thinking and strategic alignment.
- Leverage the team to strengthen and industrialize marketing processes and improve the timeliness and reliability of outputs.
- Develop and nurture strong sales team partnerships with global business leaders.
- Present quarterly analysis of the impact of marketing campaigns to the leadership team of Capgemini Invent, identifying opportunities to boost growth and alignment.
- Oversee and take part in the strategy design and implementation, including content creation, review, and team management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as digital operations, among others.
We’d love to meet someone with
- Proven fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, analytical).
- A collaborative, proactive and innovative approach to their work.
- Senior-level marketing experience, including campaign and budget management, with B2B consulting or services marketing experience preferred.
- A good understanding and experience of Capgemini Group’s organisation and portfolio priorities.
- A BA/BS degree, with a master's or MBA as a plus.
- A keenness for travel, with occasional trips to Paris, London, or Munich being part of the role.
- Interest in working with stakeholders across the globe and operating in different time zones.
- Line management experience.
- Coaching and development skills to help junior team members and their career progression.
