Overview of the role
Our Digital Architects are the architects of positive futures and are at the heart of driving better business outcomes with and for our clients. As part of shaping this future, we use talented Architects to deliver leading-edge digital solutions for our clients, combining a clear understanding of business value and a consultative approach to make the difference.
Working with leading architects, technology consultants and business sector experts, you will be at the heart of delivering profitable outcomes in business- and technology-oriented environments, helping a broad range of private- and public-sector clients to achieve their strategic goals. We are a dynamic community that values growth, professional development, and the ability to make a real difference. We work in diverse multi-disciplinary teams, hand-in-glove with our clients.
As you emerge as a digital architect you will align with one of our existing roles as Digital Solution Architect or Digital Business Architect. You will become the fulcrum of our accounts’ performance and clients’ achievement – identifying their value and how to unlock it and assuring the delivery of their outcomes.
What you'll bring
You are at the outset of your career in architecture, and you can evidence the competencies we seek. You have distinguished yourself from your peers already in technology enabled business transformation by demonstrating systems thinking. You understand how to identify value and connect it to your clients’/employers’ new operating models. You have collaborated successfully in problem solving and delivering solutions that achieve results. You are experienced in following effective delivery methods. You unlock the talent of others by performing your role successfully and supporting others with theirs. You are comfortable analysing complex information, identifying the facts that matter and communicating in imaginative, accessible ways to influence decision makers.
Colleagues who have succeeded in emerging as digital architects have a wide variety of experiences in which they have demonstrated these competencies. Operational Improvement practitioners, software developers, application supporters and problem managers, business analysts, change managers, practical strategists and innovators, and project managers have all made their way through our architecture ranks.
You will be required to commit to acquiring formal architecture skills in frameworks and modelling, the architect’s role in agile delivery, well architected solutions, and practitioner knowledge of services in major cloud platforms.
The focus of your role, as an Emergent Digital Architect, will be on working in a product design or development team to architect the solutions for our clients.
