Why this role?
Whilst the Analytics and AI team works across many industry sectors, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Financial Services community.
In this role, you will work directly with a broad range of clients across financial services to provide deep domain and business expertise, and to contributing to designing solutions, developing cost allocation models, enabling production releases, and post implementation support. You will be analytically minded whilst identifying the right opportunities to drive business value for our clients.
You will also support our clients to identify and investigate the areas of potential risk threatening the assets, earning capacity or success of organisations in the industrial, commercial or public sector.
Within this role you also will have the opportunity to undertake a number of engagements such as:
- Propose technical solutions to business problems and contribute to design of scalable dimensional models
- Responsible for development and configuration and testing of data models
- Helping clients deliver their digital transformation initiatives including analysis of customer onboarding journeys, collaborating with third party data ecosystems to drive automation
- Provide recommendations to reduce or control risk (e.g., credit decisioning)
- Analyse enterprise datasets, defining new data models and views to enable organisations to quickly understand trends and derive insight
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop
- Developing scalable solutions on the cloud to drive automation and innovation
- Review and advise on the impact that new legislation may have on the financial services
Why you?
We are looking for curious problem solvers, who have experience in one or more of the following areas :
- Experience of working in Financial Services either in industry or consulting business. Have an understanding of financial or non-financial risk classes (e.g., credit risk, financial crime, conduct risk)
- Designing target state data architectures whilst understanding the design principles of cloud best practices
- Work with our Financial Services Invent team to build joint propositions to further collaborate and use of data and AI solutions
- Knowledge of areas such as regulatory compliance, process improvement and control effectiveness
- Knowledge of modelling methodologies (e.g. Datavault), data warehousing implementations for both structured and unstructured datasets, master data management techniques
- Experience in data lineage, taxonomies, data cataloguing and metadata management
- Hands-on experience in data management tooling (e.g. Collibra, Solidatus, Talend, Ataccama, Informatica)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder skills while dealing with various teams
- Demonstrate ability to build a network within client engagements
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
