Who are the Brand & Content Team within frog?

 

We work with CMOs to design, deliver, and optimise new marketing strategy and capabilities. We work with our clients to solve some of their trickiest challenges, so they can sustainably grow. We work across the full marketing ecosystem, covering customer awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

 

The Role

 

We are looking for consultants of all levels to join frog’s Brand & Content team – one of the fastest growing areas of the business. 

•    You’ll help our clients meet the demands of the content explosion addressing the scale, velocity and complexity of content needed across the full funnel to drive relevancy, saliency and cut through 
•    You’ll have a passion for Marketing Technology, in particular DAM Solutions and be an expert in this field 
•    You will inspire clients on how to optimise their engagement strategies with consumers across all touchpoints, owned, social and paid, along the path to purchase  
•    You will demonstrate a vision for the future of consumer engagement and how to meet the needs of the digital, connected consumer, and help clients develop operational strategies, capabilities, and processes to meet their needs 
•    You’ll advice clients on how data can be used to optimise all aspects of an organisation content “value chain” including advertising, marketing, technology, and ecommerce as well as the operational processes which enable these. 
•    You’ll be involved in innovating, designing, and delivering organisational change across marketing, content, MarTech, sales and eCommerce teams at clients who are undergoing a radical shift into Digital requiring new technologies and ways of working.
•    You’ll define, design, and deliver marketing and commerce capabilities that deliver industry-leading customer engagement.
•    You’ll help our clients tailor and adapt their experience to the wants and needs of their customers through digital technology innovation and land real transformation.
•    You’ll help organisations seize new opportunities and realise value quicker by trying new things, testing-and-learning, not being afraid to fail (quickly) and critically being able to rapidly scale and integrate successes for true competitive advantage.
•    You’ll work at the leading edge of the industry acting as an advisor to tier one organisations, helping them to deliver and embed MarTech, digital capabilities, supporting processes, operating models, and governance. 
•    You will be working closely with technology delivery partners on behalf of our clients, bridging the gap between business and technology to delivery great, digitally enabled consumer experiences.
•    You may be working with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc.)

You’ll be culturally sensitive to the different styles and demands that global organisations will pose, and you will leverage your emotional intelligence to navigate complex global matrix organisations.
Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice, often spending time with our global clients outside the UK.
 

 

What We Look For

We seek individuals who can demonstrate experience in many of the following areas:

•    Previous experience in an agency or consultancy environment – previous experience in industry also desirable
•    Extensive working knowledge of Industry Leading DAM Solutions (e.g., Adobe, Aprimo,  Bynder, etc.)
•    Experience in one or more of the following desirable:
o    Experience with managing marketing operations and creative  processes 
o    Experience with content management (DAM, PIM, MRM), publishing workflows, content lifecycle policies and governance models 
o    Developing operational models, processes, and workflows to manage content at scale 
o    Client facing; strong experience interacting with clients is essential
o    Strong story-telling capabilities
o    Strong presentation skills; both development and delivery to senior level stakeholders
o    Proven track record in problem-solving while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
o    Experience delivering end-to-end marketing operations transformation
o    Experience measuring the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities (e.g., marketing performance management, econometrics, and customer analytics).

 

Successful consultants will be:
    Highly motivated and a self-starter
    Versatile with the ability to adapt across projects and capability areas
    Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
    A creative storyteller with strong presentation skills
    Able to lead workshops with senior stakeholders
    Keen to continuously learn, develop, and take-on feedback

 

What You'll Do

 

One of the exciting things about joining frog is that no two days are the same, and everyone’s experience of consulting will look slightly different.
There are three core components to the work we do.
Project Delivery where you work along-side a client to solve their challenges, Sales where you craft an approach to respond to a client’s needs, and Thought Leadership where you develop points of
view on industry hot topics to position frog in the market.
