Who are the Brand & Content Team within frog?


We work with CMOs to design, deliver, and optimise new marketing strategy and capabilities. We work with our clients to solve some of their trickiest challenges, so they can sustainably grow. We work across the full marketing ecosystem, covering customer awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.


The Role


We are looking for marketing consultants of all levels to join frog’s Brand & Content team – one of the fastest growing areas of the business. 

•    You will define modern Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology (MadTech) landscape for our clients in order to effectively deliver their marketing strategy in line with their business needs and requirements. This will include assessing current technology stacks & capabilities, identifying gaps & opportunities and synthesising the evaluation into an implementation sequence and roadmap of activities to map the target state
•    You will be working at the leading edge of the industry acting as an advisor to tier one organisations, helping them to deliver and embed MadTech capabilities, supporting processes, operating models, and governance
•    You will operate across our clients Ad/Mar Tech stacks to analyse, design & define solutions that ensure superior marketing operations in line with our client needs
•    You will determine utilisation levels of client’s MadTech stacks, identify inefficiencies and suggest ways to get the maximum ROI
•    You will help our clients in Adtech to MarTech synchronisation
•    You will provide an independent viewpoint on the strength and weakness of products and approaches
•    You will advise on relationship between paid, owned and earned media so to connect experiences and drive end customers through marketing funnel
•    You will keep yourself and the team informed of the best practices, latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of digital media, data integration, data management platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media

You may be working with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc).


What You'll Have


We don’t expect anyone to be an expert at everything. We have built a diverse team who play across the marketing ecosystem. You will need to be comfortable working in both your primary capability area, and across roles that you’re less familiar with.

We’re looking for individuals who have experience in the capability areas below:

•    Degree educated or equivalent
•    Previous experience in an agency or consultancy environment 
•    You must have deep and broad MarTech and AdTech knowledge 
•    Previous experience relevant to MarTech/AdTech in at least one of the following areas: 
o    Broad full stack marketing technology providers such as Google, Adobe and Salesforce across any of their product suite
o    Customer Data Platforms and marketing orchestration platforms such as Tealium, Aprimo, Twilio or ActionIQ
o    Engagement & campaign management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Braze, Klaviyo,
o    Online ad serving or site serving platforms
o    Content and product management systems web content management such as Bynder, Aprimo, Salsify, contentful  & Drupal 

Bonus points if you have experience with:
•    Working with at least one of these platform providers – Google, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn
•    Commerce platforms such as Criteo, Profitero or Edge and Shopify


What We Look For


Successful consultants will be:
    Highly motivated and a self-starter
    Versatile with the ability to adapt across projects and capability areas
    Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
    A creative storyteller with strong presentation skills
    Able to lead workshops with senior stakeholders
    Keen to continuously learn, develop, and take-on feedback


For those being considered at Senior Manager / Director level you will likely bring:
    Experience responding to client briefs and pitching to clients
    Experience shaping project teams and commercial proposals 
    Experience managing client accounts (contracts, invoicing, resourcing, pipeline management, etc.)
    A strong network to engage with frog 


What You'll Do


One of the exciting things about joining frog is that no two days are the same, and everyone’s experience of consulting will look slightly different.
There are three core components to the work we do.
Project Delivery where you work along-side a client to solve their challenges, Sales where you craft an approach to respond to a client’s needs, and Thought Leadership where you develop points of
view on industry hot topics to position frog in the market.
