An overview of the role:

Capgemini Invent is hiring proven Life Sciences leaders to drive transformational change for our clients and their customers. As part of the sector leadership team, you will help to set a visionary direction that maximises the market opportunity lead delivery of the strategy, develop our team and position our offers and services for positive outcomes with our clients.  We are looking for individuals with experience selling professional consulting services and building CXO relationships within the Life Sciences sector. You will work on a range of engagements across the value chain and provide breadth of knowledge as well as utilising your own specialism and expertise.

Why this role?

  • You’ll be able to use your deep sector expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism (in one or more of the following): Enterprise transformation, Data Driven R&D, Connected Health, Manufacturing and supply chain transformation
  • You’ll help to develop our account strategy, shape our offers, build our capability and lead sales and delivery work with new and existing clients.
  • You will lead one of our strategic  Life Sciences Accounts developing strong CXO relationships globally
  • You’ll be an important part of a high growth sector within a fast-growing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.
  • You’ll demonstrate account leadership at one or more Life Sciences Account, setting account strategy, collaborating with our global capabilities and leading strategy execution

  • You’ll take an active role in the growth and development of the team through recruitment, coaching and professional development.
  • You’ll follow through on your promises, ensuring effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals.
  • Be an authority and thought leader within the sector


Externally in the market, you’ll bring the presence and gravitas to initiate, manage and maintain senior executive relationships.  To understand and scope out their challenges and potential solutions and to both sell & deliver high impact consulting and technology enabled business transformation work.

Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c .£2m of consulting revenues.


You’ll enjoy building and managing teams, setting direction and helping others to achieve their potential and mutual success. You’ll demonstrate professionalism and flexibility, adjusting positively to shifting priorities or ambiguity.

Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.


We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.


In order to commence a role with Capgemini UK plc you will be required to provide documentary proof prior to joining the Company that you are entitled to live and work in the UK.
