We’re looking for a Learning and Development Programme Manager to join our team focused on providing management support to UK Practices, Cloud Infrastructure Services, Capgemini's HMRC Account and Capgemini Invent with regards to Learning and Development activities, primarily in the set up, delivery and close down of locally delivered courses. 



•    Conducting training needs analysis (1-2 times a year)
•    Planning and creation of Annual UK Training Calendar
•    Work alongside the L&D team to understand and capture course delivery requirements


•    Liaise with suppliers for all facilitation venue and accommodation requirements to meet the needs of the business
•    Manage, co-ordinate and support UK attendance and University courses
•    Raise necessary POs on time and accurately
•    Request creation of adhoc/ exceptional courses within Enate
•    Support the UK business with the organising of specific content for internal and external courses


Course Delivery Support:
•    Actively manage course status to ensure maximum capacity is reached wherever possible
•    Manage escalated participant queries and issues
•    Manage escalated facilitator queries and issues
•    Support course delivery for Global Curriculum courses and programmes/ initiatives


Tracking and Reporting:
•    UK SPOC for testing, roll out and reporting of new UK CBTs 
•    Tracking completion of mandatory training
•    Support creation of other management information and reporting, as and when required
•    Track POs to ensure receipt and that cross charges are correct
•    Tracking financial information with regards cancellation costs


•    Take ownership of organising internal and external training courses and programmes.
•    Liaise with suppliers
o    Book room/venues
o    Raise eNate requests for My Learning entries 
o    Raise POs via enate 
o    Monitor rosters and liaise with business/LBP as appropriate.
o    Track POs to ensure receipt and that cross charges are correct
•    Take ownership of organising Global Curriculum courses, both central and local.
o    Liaise with University
o    Book room/venues
o    Raise eNate requests for My Learning entries 
•    Ensure processes in relation to L&D activities are clear and followed

•    Experience of working within a learning or training function
•    Understanding of the learning and training delivery lifecycle
