Job description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced marketing campaign manager to join our growing team at PA.

As a purpose-driven firm, bringing ingenuity to life, we recognise we have an incredible story to tell. And so, we’re investing heavily in our thought leadership and campaign marketing so that we can share our people’s expertise with the world. Now, we need someone who can help us get the word out, to the right people, at the right time, in the most strategic way possible.

As our campaign manager, you’ll play an integral role in the delivery of our thought leadership and marketing campaigns – ensuring they hit their deadlines, achieve their objectives, and are socialised both across our business and externally.

You’ll work across a wide range of subject matters and services, on issues such as leadership and change, resiliency and growth, and innovation and transformation.

This role offers exposure to a broad set of business issues, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate your creative marketing skills on a range of topics.

You will be able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to build and deliver the right campaign strategy – and to execute the deliverables. A thinker and a doer, you’ll be comfortable operating across all elements of a marketing campaign: creating strategic messaging, developing detailed roadmaps and activation plans for multi-channel nurture campaigns; and measuring and reporting on campaign performance.

We’re a growing firm, with big aspirations and ambitions. This role will suit a dynamic and pragmatic individual who can prioritise effectively and juggle competing demands. You’ll come with substantial experience working on a diverse range of B2B campaigns and projects, be intellectually curious, familiar with the biggest challenges facing organisational leaders today, and prepared to engage with a wide range of subject matter.
