Job description

Working with the wider business and Group Systems stakeholders to support the compliance, operational risk, and IT security activities within the internal security team.

The team cover assurance around areas such as: ISO27001/2, Cyber Essentials/Plus, security operations, client questions, internal/external audits. You would be part of a close team helping to support some of the most challenging projects in the UK and world-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational risk requests

  • Reply to client/supplier security questionnaires which help PA win client work

  • Ensure operational teams maintain day-to-day IT security

  • Ensure security is a priority against an operational back drop. Helping to make sure that our consultants can work securely and practically.

  • Respond to clients and PA requests for security information quickly and efficiently

  • Ensure appropriate registers of security actions are up-to-date


Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate will have awareness of security compliance

  • You MUST be able a UK national to obtain Security Clearence

  • Security related qualification or equivalent experience desirable.

  • Some knowledge of ISO27001/2 would be an advantage

  • Proven track record in communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the firm

  • Proven track record of writing responses in a customer friendly way

  • Proven desire and ability to keep up to date with security

  • Customer focused

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

  • Good reporting skills

  • Ability to work independently
