Get The Future You Want
An overview of the role:
It is a particularly interesting time for Defence. Recent initiatives such as the Digital Backbone and Multi Domain Integration mark the transition from the ‘Industrial Age’ into the ‘Information Age’, where Digital capabilities are changing the nature of competition and conflict at a staggering rate. Change, however, isn’t just about technology, it also relies on an optimal mix of tools, processes, people, culture and information to make effective change happen, and stick. Enter Capgemini Invent.
Our technology and engineering heritage, combined with our rapidly growing consultancy business, and proven track record of delivery within both Defence and the broader Public Sector makes us ideally situated to support our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. We pride ourselves on being collaborative and agile in the way we support clients, helping them through the full problem-solving process, from project/programme initiation, through to successful change implementation and benefits realisation.
Our Defence subsector is fast growing, which translates to abundant opportunities to shape the subsector positively for the future. We truly believe this is the perfect time to join the account, you’ll get the best of both a ‘start up’ mentality, alongside the benefits which come from being part of a larger organisation.
