Capgemini Invent are rapidly growing our UK Financial Services FRC team and are therefore keen to hear from high performing individuals at all levels – especially if your career has included working for a financial services firm, consulting firm or a regulator, across banking, capital markets or insurance sectors.

In addition, you’ll have a strong understanding of:
    financial services business opportunities and new product developments 
    how social media can be used to promote awareness of our services
    macro-economic factors impacting the financial services industry today
    technology innovations – including in applications, data and infrastructure
    vendors and partners we work with (or relationships we could develop)

Experienced senior managers may also have:
    deep and on-going relationships with senior executives in the industry
    experience of running large complex change programmes, with multiple senior stakeholders
    experience of providing input to drafting of new regulations

•    You’ll bring the right combination of style and substance, ensuring that the basics are right, whilst always focusing on we add value to our clients
•    You’ll work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement
