Job description

Join a welcoming team, providing exceptional support to our c-suite, specifically our Chief People Officer and the HR team. A unique role, you will provide first class secretarial support and can be involved in activities across our HR team.

The role will include lots of diary management, travel, expenses, invoice processing as you’d expect. Organising team and functional meetings both on and offsite, arranging interviews and induction schedules for new joiners to the team. Updating organisation charts for HR and keeping them current. There is an opportunity to develop this role to get involved in other aspects of the HR team, for example taking a broader role in the year end process for HR, getting involved in supporting other critical HR processes and supporting HR transformation projects. This is an ideal role for someone who might be interested in broadening their knowledge and skillset into the HR space.

It's a great time for an experienced PA to join the HR team and make an immediate impact, providing seamless support to one of our Executive Committee members and get involved in a range of exciting transformation activities going on in the people area. We are looking for a passionate person, focused on communication, collaboration and organisation who takes pride in their work. It’s critical that you enjoy engaging with people across the business at all levels, as you will be a highly visible ambassador for the CPO and the HR team.


The role requires you to be confident, approachable with impeccable organisation and highly efficient in your work. You'll be a fantastic communicator and know how to build positive relationships. Solution-orientated, you will overcome all hurdles in a calm and professional manner and ensure that the executive’s business and personal life always run smoothly. First-class communications skills are essential for this role, you will be able to liaise at all levels and build rapport with the CPO and wider team. Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality is essential for this role.

The team are looking for a capable right-hand who can provide support across all areas of the business, managing all administration and organisation, assisting with exciting projects, as well as supporting with some private matters.
