Job description

With a global network ranging from tech start-ups to Fortune 500 clients, we’ll offer you fascinating work, unrivalled opportunities for growth and the freedom to realise your potential to excel. Combining strategies, technologies and innovation, we turn complexity to opportunity and deliver enduring results, enabling you to build a successful and rewarding career.

Within PA the Managing Consultant (MC) role represents a top tier appointment in the organisation, with MCs typically serving as our business development, thought and team leaders. With one foot in the operation, one foot in the strategic and a head for business and proposition development, this role is highly varied and calls for someone who is autonomous and a self-starter.

The Team

Radical changes across the Insurance market around customer expectations, new digital ecosystems and an increasing regulatory burden, has brought a rich opportunity for PA’s renowned innovation in consulting to radically re-think business and implement new, agile and digitally-enabled ways of working. All underpinned by sophisticated use of data that create customer value in new ways.

Our Insurance team help our clients transform their operations, embrace digital, omni-channel solutions for customers, create new products faster and support them to make use of data and analytics – while ensuring they are compliant and responsible to the environment and society.

Our team have helped health and general insurers reimagine the experience they deliver for customers, allowing them faster and simpler access to care and claims payments.

They have supported specialty insurers respond to the regulation of cyber products, giving customers greater certainty and confidence in a dangerous world; as well as helping numerous clients embrace digital technology, fintech partnerships and world leading, AI enabled data and analytics.

As an Insurance Transformation specialist you will help to set vision, ambition and strategy for the customer, reimagine the target customer experience, embrace organizational agility at scale and transform ways of working, find the right tools to drive efficiency and become truly customer-centric.

You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and leading multiskilled teams. You will also have an understanding of methodologies such as Agile PM, PRINCE2, business design, digital technologies and automation.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Developing commercially viable consulting market offerings
