An overview of the role

Motivated, collaborative and determined, our Management Consultants work in partnership with our Life Sciences clients to creatively solve some of their most pressing challenges. Bringing innovation and a hands-on collaborative approach to transforming customer experiences, workforce and operations.

No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It’s really rewarding. And it’s also really varied. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time. 

Why this role?

• You’ll be able to use your consulting and sector expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism (in one or more of the following): Data Driven R&D, Patient Centric Clinical Trials, Commercial Effectiveness, Connected Health or Enterprise Transformation
• You’ll be an important part of a high growth sector within a fast-growing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.
• You’ll take an active role in the growth and development of the team through coaching and mentoring others and supporting their professional development.
