The team is a mix of technical and business professionals and expects everyone involved to fix problems and address challenges of every kind. The role would be deployed to client projects across the development lifecycle, which may be at different phases varying from ideation to commercialisation. We are looking for talents who are passionate, with the desire to solve problems and would be adaptive to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a SAP Solution Architect, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Resolve key design decisions focusing on Technical architecture and integration of SAP in client projects

  • Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the business transformation / benefits case

  • Solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation of this to the client

  • Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner & Director Level

  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients

  • Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

  • Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Design and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems, leveraging best practice enterprise architecture principles and standards

  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

  • Influence clients’ use of automation/iRPA

  • Train, coach, and supervise team members

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications / Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and/or SAP ECC

  • Functional process knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A

  • Experience in implementing, configuring and advising on all or several of the following: SAP FI/CO and  sub-modules (SAP GL, AP etc), Central Finance, Group Consolidation and reporting, BPC, IBP, SAC

  • Understanding of SAP data structures and integration with BW/ DWC

  • Master Data Management (MDG) and Data Intelligence Cloud

  • Ideally familiarity with one or more  industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusiness

  • Process mining (Signavio) and cloud add-ons, SAP Intelligent RPA

  • Integration with line-of-business solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba etc)

  • Experience in several  end to end implementations in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects

  • Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore

  • Knowledge of best practice design and an advisory focus

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client
