About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and deliver programmes, projects and products within at least 1 of our capability areas. You will have complete autonomy to own your key deliverables across your portfolio. You will contribute to internal initiatives that align with the overall business goals and help in building our brand. You will also be responsible for developing others within the team, and you will be given full support from senior members of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversea and deliver IT and digital transformation initiatives across our capability areas (Strategy & Innovation, Change & Transformation, Delivery Excellence, Process Excellence)
  • Manage and develop key accounts, and drive new business across your portfolio
  • Manage and build day-to-day client relationships
  • Drive internal organisational initiatives that align with the overall business goals
  • Mentor and develop other team members
  • Contributing expert support to initiatives to solve complex problems and come up with innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in management consultancy
  • Demonstrable cross-sector experience overseeing and delivering programmes, projects and/or agile products in at least one of our capability areas (Strategy & Innovation, Change & Transformation, Delivery Excellence, Process Excellence)
  • Proven experience operating as a team leader
  • Demonstrable experience developing team members
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to contribute to objectives that are aligned with overall business needs
  • Proven experience building and developing client relationships
  • Ability to evolve and nurture key accounts for account growth and client value
  • Passion for IT and digital trends
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice in IT and Digital transformation implementations
  • Ability to work independently as well as a lead project teams
  • Proficient using Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • Passion for IT and digital trends
  • Interest in UX and other areas of design and innovation
  • Experience in coding e.g. SQL, Python
  • Certifications in Agile e.g. SCRUM Master
