An overview of the role

Partnering with our clients across all industries from Retail to Life Sciences and Telco to Energy & Utilities, to Government to Financial Services, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities.

In addition to leading Consulting engagements, you will play a key role in People Development, supporting the growth of our Employee Experience & HR team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods, especially as it goes through this period of exponential growth over the next 18-24 months.

You will take an active role within our practice, contributing to our vision to become the UK’s leading Employee Experience & HR Advisory practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.

Our Employee Experience & HR team’s purpose is to help our clients rethink employee experience and establish a digital HR function powered by data whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver their shared vision. 

It’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow our Employee Experience & HR capability – we are looking for Sr. Consultants / Managers / Sr. Managers who can take the lead in shaping and delivering some of the most exciting HR Transformations in the market through technology and co-creating a market-leading HR practice – evolving our ServiceNow and Cloud HR offerings (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc) and growing our internal capability and network across our business. 

In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex HR Transformations enabled by the ServiceNow platform. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

A s a Sr. Consultant / Manager / Sr. Manager in our Employee Experience & HR team you will have:

Proven experience in one or more of the following key areas of expertise:


1.    Delivering ServiceNow solutions ideally through Employee Experience workflows, mainly HR Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery products but also Legal Service Delivery, Procurement Service Management and Safe Workplace Suite.
2.    Delivering HR transformations through cloud technologies (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow) and tools enabled by AI/RPA and ML.
3.    Designing and deploying employee experience strategy through technology (including: Moments that Matter, Personas, Employee Journeys).
4.    Developing service delivery catalogue, service delivery model and strategies articulated through technology deployments.


Proven experience in relatable areas of expertise:


•    Delivering ServiceNow IT workflows and Creator workflows through one or more of its correspondent products.
•    Acting as an in-house Superuser in a completed ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (or other ServiceNow product) project.
•    Leading the supporting transformation and change management stream to a ServiceNow solution or other HR Cloud solution deployment.

Specific responsibilities:

As a Senior Consultant:

•    Stream lead within a broader ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (or other ServiceNow HR product / HR cloud) implementation.

As a Manager/ Sr. Manager: 

•    Project Lead / Engagement Manager in a ServiceNow / other Cloud solution implementation.
•    Lead business development opportunities in the technology space.
•    Support the financial and commercial side of client engagements.
•    Manage and coach wider team members, supporting personal development and driving team growth.
