The Technology Strategy & Performance team is part of the growing Business Technology practice. We are looking for talented individuals to join the team to help our clients to make strategic choices, as well as implement the necessary digital transformation changes to help realise the true value of their technology assets (people, technology, and capabilities).

Our team is structured across three core disciplines: (i) Technology Strategy; (ii) IT Cost Optimisation; and (iii) IT Mergers & Acquisitions, and our work typically involves the following:

•    Advising clients on what the strategic role of technology should be within their organisation: where does technology need to be truly differentiating and innovative, where it needs to be provided as a repeatable core service, and how to operationalise the capabilities (in house, outsource, partner etc.)
•    Modelling benefits and costs to deliver a substantiated business case for change alongside an achievable plan to deliver desired outcomes
•    Identifying how IT TCO can be optimised through the analysis and prioritisation of cost levers across and beyond the IT estate
•    Building the right level of digital capabilities between technology and people to get organisations ready to tackle current and future challenges
•    Helping clients define their technology strategy for restructuring their technology asset base to support merger and acquisition initiatives or wider digital transformation objectives

What you'll bring:

We are looking for the following experience and core capabilities for Consultant and Senior Consultant-level candidates:

•    Experience in delivering strategic advisory engagements with a focus on developing a strategic technology vision for clients, building the case for change, and applying cost and benefit modelling

•    Experience in defining technology transformation roadmaps
•    Experience in large-scale IT transformation delivery and technology landscape restructuring for an organisation, either as part of major strategic delivery programmes, or as part of mergers and acquisitions
•    Demonstration of core management consulting skills, including storyboarding, comparative analysis, project and workstream management, presentation skills and the ability to quickly build productive and trusting relationships
