Following the merger of 4 businesses, we’re ready to supercharge our growth. Working in close partnership with our Consulting and Practice teams, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running in growing our existing accounts and attracting new C-Level clients. Professional services experience is a must, alongside a sharp commercial mindset to help us grow revenue and increase profitability.

You’ll be comfortable leading the crafting of a unique approach to answering some of today’s toughest business challenges, alongside our expert teams.

Injecting personality, style and imaginative storytelling into the world of consulting is what we’re all about. Creating a touch of theatre is how we wow our clients and you’ll be leading the way with this across the business alongside the Sales & Marketing team. You’ll be working across a diverse industry spectrum: from tech to sports, finance, fashion, government, luxury, education, transport, FMCG and everything in between.

Working directly with our Head of Sales & Marketing, co-CEO, and the wider Yonder team, you’ll be an integral part of a small, (yet mighty!) Sales & Marketing team of six. Your relationship building skills will be second to none. You’ll be ready to bring loads of ideas to the table and excited to drive them through to execution and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll be working with world-class strategists, award-winning researchers, mind-blowing data scientists and a heavyweight creative team. The role covers all areas of business development from cold prospecting to collating and leading opportunity teams, crafting killer proposals and leading pitch rehearsals. You’ll be organising and leading new business meetings, negotiating and closing sales, and onboarding new clients. You’ll be a brilliant relationship builder, have sharp attention to detail, powerful communication and storytelling skills, and your organisational skills will be second-to-none. So, you’ll need to have 6+ years’ business development experience, really understand how to get the best thinking out of internal teams to craft a winning approach for our clients, and top-notch prospecting skills.

You’ll have strong communication, stakeholder and client relationship management skills and you’ll know how to turn complex ideas into powerful stories, delivered with beautiful simplicity, in collaboration with our marketing and creative teams. You’ll be passionate about, and confident in, strong relationships – a big believer in the power of really understanding your prospects to turn them into long-term client partnerships.

Sharp knowledge of PowerPoint, Salesforce and LinkedIn are desirable. The hunger to learn every day, never accept complacency, amp your imagination, and challenge yourself to deliver better and better each time are a must.
