We are currently seeking to recruit Consultants at the Senior Associate level for the PwC People & Organisation team within the Advisory Consulting Practice.

Working with clients in the Government and Health Sector (G&H), we support some of the largest and most complex client transformation programmes across the public sector. Our clients include health, education, government bodies and transport.

About the role
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Initially, you may work within any of the following areas, and later grow to specialise in a particular area/s: Transformational Change, Organisation Design, Capability Development, Leadership, Strategic Workforce Planning, Cultural & Behavioural Change, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Transformation, including HR technology.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting the delivery of end to end projects, from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC specialists.
Assisting in scoping and planning of client deliverables, working alongside other workstreams such as technology, operating model, process, and system design.
Conducting interviews, delivering workshops, and analysing client documents and data to help develop a clear understanding of current state and future development.
Taking a lead role in the delivery of workstreams, and using real time data to inform delivery and iterate approach.
Managing teams, ensuring performance objectives are set and monitored and regular feedback is provided.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities in new/existing clients.
Develop strategies to solve complex, technical, people oriented challenges
Experience:
5+ years experience in either the Government/ Healthcare sector OR a professional services organisation working with clients in the Government/ Healthcare sector.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
A recognised University Degree or equivalent, preferably in HRM, Psychology or a business discipline.
