We take a specialist led, value-based approach to identifying the right technology strategies for our clients.

Technology Strategy and Advisory is a critical, fast-growing component of our overall Strategy and Consulting practice and will allow you to help shape the future of top global companies. We develop company-wide strategies that exploit innovative technologies as well as advise Fortune 500 CIO clients across the full range of industries on how to reinvent their IT operating models, architectures, and governance.

In our team you will learn to:

  • Develop deep technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data, Security and Agile Operating Models to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled collaborators to facilitate quick and effective decisions
  • Understand how data transformation is impacted by new technology, sustainability, ethics, privacy… and beyond!

Your job:

Take on your transformation journey to lead a mixed team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and SMEs required for the programme. As the key point of contact to the client, get ready to embrace the journey to maintain the relationships and any additional requirements through the development process. Support and work alongside a diverse team of individuals to shape, mobilise, and execute medium to longer term data technology transformations.

  • Programme manage along strict value realisation and multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability) while understanding, articulating, and resolving key dependencies, changes, risks, and issues
  • Bring knowledge of industry operations, dynamics, and trends in one or more industries: Financial Services, Telecoms, Media, Technology, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Apply motivation and curiosity in strategic analysis, business architecture, process architecture, organisational change, value analysis, programme/project management and collaborator management.
  • Create and support business cases, developing dynamic sourcing strategies, supporting the negotiation of contracts, establishing SLAs, and managing IT Service Integrators
  • Support large scale data transformations ranging from the business case and strategy assessment to the implementation, run and service support
  • Utilise knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders to architect, mobilise and launch data delivery constructs
  • Analyse and articulate data insights through key data visualisation tools to create data flow processes and presentations to drive key customer centric strategic decisions
  • Transform the way our clients work with data through changing attitudes and cultures, to put data at the heart of their companies

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

Data Analytics: Deliver data-driven business insights to clients using techniques such as statistical and quantitative analysis and fact-based management. Support clients in understanding the value that data can bring to their organisation and transform their business.

  • Key tools – Power BI and Tableau

Data Platform Architecture and Visualisation Methodology: Develop a broad understanding of data platform architecture and pipelines

  • Key tools – cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data integration (Azure DF, APIs, Pub Sub & Event based) and others such as Informatica, Dremio or Ui-Path

Data Security Insight: Develop an understanding of the importance of security and compliance to support data security

Data Skills: Develop skills focussed on data quality, metadata, and data mesh

  • Key tools – Hadoop and Snowflake

Agile Project & Programme Management: Apply Agile & DevOps principles and practices in organisation design for large companies in line with Lean and Scaled Agile Framework technologies


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Consulting experience or relevant industry experience in at least one leading technology capability e.g., Data, Cloud, Security or Agile Operating Models.
