The Role

Hybrid Intelligence, a Capgemini Engineering team, is looking for an Offer Development Specialist to work in its Centre of Excellence (CoE). You will be responsible for developing new and existing offers, as well as sales collateral, materials and other necessary resources to support the development, distribution and transition of offers into operationalization to support the CoE strategy.

You will work with the Head of Offer Development and the CoE to collaborate with key stakeholders within Hybrid Intelligence, Capgemini Engineering and broader teams within the Capgemini Group (including I&D and Invent) to produce compelling industry offers and facilitate uptake by global account and industry leads.

  • Help form and lead offer development teams to build compelling offers that highlight and promote our services to clients.
  • Use SME knowledge and your market and strategic awareness to generate compelling offers that will be attractive to buyers to achieve performance and growth targets.
  • Lead, manage and produce offer materials for communication to and for use by global sales teams.
  • Contribute towards go-to-market strategy and planning in collaboration with industry marketing leads.
  • Demonstrate day-to-day leadership through your work and interactions with offer development teams and stakeholders.
  • Engender a positive “can-do” culture and encourage and empower others to take responsibility wherever possible.
  • Participate in senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Liaise with key Market Unit and Account Executive stakeholders to incorporate products and services into offers.
  • Collaborate with sales leads to develop offer materials that meet their strategy and needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree-level educated in a STEM discipline
  • An understanding of the impact data, analytics, machine learning and AI has on R&D and modern industry.
  • Experience in creating compelling go-to-market offers
  • 5+ years’ experience of working in an R&D environment.
  • Experience of working in technology/IT consultancy environment.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders at director/VP level.
  • Team management experience an advantage.
