Capgemini Invent is seeking to hire proven Life Sciences leaders to drive transformational change for our clients and their customers. As part of the sector leadership team, you will help to set a visionary direction that maximises the market opportunity, and lead delivery of the strategy to develop and grow the team, and its impact at clients.
- You’ll be able to use your deep sector expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism (in one or more of the following): Data Driven R&D, Patient Centric Clinical Trials, Commercial Effectiveness, Connected Health or Enterprise Transformation
- You’ll help develop our strategy, shape our offers, build our capability and lead sales and delivery work with new and existing clients.
- You’ll be an important part of a high growth sector within a fast-growing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.
- You’ll demonstrate account leadership at one or more Life Sciences Account, setting account strategy, collaborating with our global capabilities and leading strategy execution.
- You’ll take an active role in the growth and development of the team through recruitment, coaching and professional development.
- You’ll follow through on your promises, ensuring effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals.
Externally in the market, you’ll bring the presence and gravitas to initiate, manage and maintain senior executive relationships. To understand and scope out their challenges and potential solutions and to both sell & deliver high impact consulting and technology enabled business transformation work.
