The Role

Hybrid Intelligence, a Capgemini Engineering team, is looking for an Offer Support Specialist to work in its Centre of Excellence (CoE). will be responsible for promoting and operationalising a multitude of our offers across all our Industries.

The Offer Support Specialist will be expected to collaborate with key stakeholders within Hybrid Intelligence, Capgemini Engineering and broader teams within the wider Group to promote and advocate our portfolio of offers created by the Hybrid Intelligence CoE.

  • Assist with offer marketing activities and support new offer launches and activation.
  • Contribute to development of sales and pre-sales training materials.
  • Help with sales enablement and training of our offers to account teams and wider Capgemini stakeholders.
  • Develop content, sales assets and marketing collateral to support our offers.
  • Coordinate and attend account alignment meetings and monitor offer activation progress.
  • Present our offers through roadshows / tech days.
  • Build strong communication channels with account teams to track and monitor the success of offers.

Requirements

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship building qualities.

  • Minimum of degree-level educated in STEM discipline with an understanding of the impact data, analytics, machine learning and AI has on modern industry.
  • Experience of working in a business development, sales, marketing environment.
  • Project Coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working language will be English, though fluency in other languages can be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders / VP level.
