An overview of the role:

Motivated, collaborative and determined, we work in partnership with our clients in the Telecoms sector to solve their challenges and bring insight, creativity, advice, and strategy. You’ll be adept at delivering / working on complex projects, breaking down barriers, engaging with stakeholders and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.

We are looking to hire a Senior Manager with demonstrable experience working on consulting assignments within the Telco sector based out of our head office (London, Holborn).

The role of Senior Manager is a key role, predominantly delivering and managing client engagements across the industry. This role requires strong consulting experience in the Telco sector, combined with appreciation of the underlying networks and operational processes and someone who enjoys developing great client relationships and understands how to meet clients’ needs with great consulting solutions.

We are especially keen to have colleagues join our team with a solid track record for driving transformation in UK. This is an exciting chance to drive technology change across the industry through helping client organisations navigate the ever-changing landscape. You will be able to leverage the wider Capgemini capabilities across Data, Cloud, Applications and Engineering to deliver differentiated end to end propositions to the clients.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate successful experiences in Telco related client engagements within the professional services industry delivering and upselling consulting services, and have led and delivered, one or more, of the following engagement type:
• Business case & strategy development
• Operating model design
• Change Management
• Creating leading edge digital experience for customers and employees
• Technology transformation
• Process design and optimisation

• Lead and deliver large scale, projects – managing small project teams (2-10 people) being actively involved and taking ownership of delivery
• Identifying and closing additional business opportunities with client
• Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings
• Work within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing and delivering work
• As a Senior Manager: you’ll be responsible for consulting sales in excess of £500,000 per annum

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be customer-focused and be willing to travel on business. In the majority of cases, assignments will be in the UK and Europe and candidates must have exposure to this geographical area.
