Cybersecurity is a rapidly growing issue globally in an ever complex, digital and interconnected society. In today’s world, organizations now face a huge array of cyber threats and we all hear about the daily high-profile data breaches that are costly both financially and reputationally. Our vision is to provide inclusive digital security consulting services to enable our clients to achieve digital innovation at speed and scale, with confidence. To be able to carry out this vision, we continue to strive for professionals with an architecture mindset to help take clients on that journey to translate the technical into business transformation. We work with other teams in Invent and Capgemini Group ensure our clients adopt the use of cloud and DevSecOps in a secure fashion by setting key architecture principles by providing a security overlay mapped with an architecture viewpoint.

Our Digital Trust & Security practice helps our clients protect their digital assets and technology enabled business processes to reduce the business value at risk, ensure compliance with regulations, embedded security frameworks and build trust with customers and stakeholder. We do this by deploying specialists and innovators to evaluate cyber risks, redesign their security operating models, bring thought leadership through an architecture mindset, run programmes to drive security culture change amongst their people and rework their security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective and sustainable.

What you’ll do:

For this role, we are looking for individuals with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) business and process transformation or having a business operating model mindset to help embed an integrated security culture in the context of IAM / Digital Identity. Depending on experience, you will be comfortable with exploring ambiguity with a business outcome mindset while applying business analysis and softer skills to be a key delivery contributor, expert in the team and/or manager a workstream of consultants and client staff within a broader project whereas our Managing Consultants are mentors in the business and key points of contact for the clients.


Typical objectives for our consultants include:


• Engaging on projects as a Digital Identity or IAM consultant to help transform the business operations and taking a lead in developing roadmaps, operating models, frameworks and/or patterns to help enable delivery;
• Engaging in projects for our clients which transform their Digital Identity and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and reduce business risk while improving business outcomes and user experience;
• Providing expertise in the strategic, organisational and human aspects of Digital Identity and/or & Cybersecurity;
• Providing a business understanding of technical domains and helping to tailor these to help clients on their transformation journey;
• Engaging with clients in business and IT to influence the board and senior stakeholders;
• Providing insight for threat modelling, risk management and security overlay approaches;
• Developing new access management strategies to manage emerging risks in Cloud & agile/DevSecOps operating environments;
• Collaborating with colleagues in teams to deliver security strategy, governance, security testing, security architecture, privacy and cyber data analytics;


Key experience and requirements:


• SC cleared or eligible;
• 12+ months experience in Digital Identity and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting or business change operations;
• Qualifications in Digital Identity and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies preferred but not a must

Successful candidates will also bring excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders to the role.
