As a Lead Facilitator in the ASE you will enable our clients to answer these questions by designing and delivering dynamic, empowering events and experiences that create the right conditions to unleash group genius. You will play a pivotal role in delivering long lasting impact; creating the passion, engagement, and momentum to enable our clients to get the future they want.

You will play a key role in developing and managing client and wider Capgemini relationships to build a pipeline of high value collaborative work across all ASE services and offers. This will sit alongside your contribution to the ongoing development and delivery of the ASE strategy, our people’s capability, and the broader Capgemini group.


As a Lead Facilitator you will be supporting our clients to drive transformation across their business, coach and guide senior leaders to be bold, as well as playing an integral part in the continued development of the UK ASE.

This means on a weekly basis you would be involved in some, or all the following:
• Leading conversations with senior client stakeholders across a range of industries, helping them to identify and better understand their key issues and challenges
• Scoping, designing and facilitating large scale and/or complex events and engagements using a variety of methodologies and delivery mechanisms (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
• Scoping and supporting wider ASE Services; Visualisation Service, Crowd Innovation and Accelerating Programmes
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and Capgemini stakeholders to ensure we are focused on work that drives the greatest value
• Lead internal projects or workstreams to ensure successful running and development of the ASE
• Guide and mentor ASE team members, contribute to our people development strategy and foster an open, supportive culture
• Collaboration with our global ASE community
